Iberdrola Distribución Eléctrica has been expanded in 10 Autonomous Regions and 25 provinces, covering an area of 190,000 km2.
At the end of December 2017, Iberdrola Distribución Eléctrica had 10.96 million supply points and its distributed energy in the second half of the year amounted to 93,289 GWh.
In the first twelve months of 2017, the CAIDI (Customer Average Interruption Frequency Index) indicator of supply quality was at 71.5 minutes, a 32.16% increase with regard to the same period of 2016. The estimated figure for the end of the year is bigger than 1 hour.
